User Acquisition Manager

You will be placed into a fast-paced cross-functional role where you'll be asked to learn quickly on the job, Our growth hacker will be part of the revenue team, but will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering.

The ideal candidate is an all-star user acquisition manager with a proven background of driving growth at a, mobile-first technology company, ideally in the consumer space. You are a highly-motivated self-starter who can maintain a balance between setting a strategic vision and executing at a high-quality.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Launch, scale and optimize user acquisition channels, with a focus on mobile, on paid and non-paid media.
  • Owner of product enhancements, changes, and features related to growth, by working closely with creative, product and engineering teams.
  • Support the customer journey from an install to a retained user by optimizing on boarding flows and messaging tools such as email, push notifications and more.


  • At least 2 years experience in a growth hacking/performance marketing role.
  • Expertise in mobile tactics & campaigns, particularly app install, adoption and re-engagement
  • Hands on experience in configuring & optimizing social, search, and display campaigns.
  • Strong analytic and mathematical skills, with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Superior organizational, reporting and communication skills
  • Team player, high-energy, driven, and revenue-focused work style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product launch environment
  • Fluent in English
